These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of Amy Fleischer, LICSW (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at amyfleischerlicsw.com (the “Site”). No Clinician-Client Relationship

Use of this Site, including submitting a contact form, subscribing to content, or reading materials published here, does not create a therapist-client or clinician-client relationship between you and the Company. A clinical relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement and formal intake process.

Not a Substitute for Treatment; Emergency Notice

The Site is not monitored for emergencies and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in crisis, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Educational Content Only

Any articles, resources, or other content on the Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. If you become a client of the practice, the handling of your protected health information (PHI) is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, provided to you at the start of care. The Company provides the Site on an “as is”and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site.
